Stephen Lowe has spent 25+ years building the technology, security, and compliance foundations that let regulated, high-growth companies scale — and, when the moment came, let them be acquired with confidence.
He started as an entrepreneur, co-founding PCS Partners in 1999 and helping scale it into a 65+ location, $25M+ revenue wireless retail business, while serving as an executive board member for more than two decades. That founder's perspective — building something from nothing, then governing it as a board member — still shapes how he approaches every technology organization he leads.
From there, he moved into enterprise technology leadership: Director of IT & Security for Arvato/Bertelsmann's North American operations, where he delivered PCI DSS certification in 6 months against a client-imposed deadline to preserve a major Microsoft contract, and implemented ISO 27001 across the region.
He then spent seven years as Global VP of Enterprise Infrastructure & Security (and Acting CISO) at ResultsCX, scaling the security and infrastructure organization alongside the company's growth from roughly 8,000 to more than 25,000 employees. He operated through two private equity ownership cycles — Clearview Capital and One Equity Partners — supporting diligence preparation during OEP's 2018 recapitalization and the company's 2021 sale to ChrysCapital. When he took over security, PCI DSS and SOC 1 were the only certifications in place; he rescued a troubled PCI audit and got it certified within 30 days of starting, then built the program out to SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and HiTRUST — the certification depth the company's healthcare clients required. Along the way, he also led technology and security integration for four acquisitions (TLK Group, Corporate Call Center Inc., USA800, DeviceBits), commanded the enterprise response to a Business Email Compromise incident, and led the transformation to remote work for 10,000 agents during COVID-19 without breaking compliance.
Since 2022, he has led technology at Peak Support, first as CIO and Acting CISO, then as CTO — building a security and compliance program from an early-stage baseline to a full certification stack (PCI DSS Level 1, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, ISO 27002), then shifting focus to building a revenue-generating CX Technology & AI Services practice and modernizing the company's data and reporting onto Microsoft Fabric. In 2025, he led the technology and cybersecurity diligence workstream through Peak Support's sale to Ubiquity, presenting the company's technology and security posture across more than 25 investor and buyer sessions. He has since expanded scope into enterprise AI strategy, proposing and helping stand up a Chief AI Officer operating model to scale Peak Support's AI practices across the combined organization post-acquisition.
Today, he brings that full arc — founder, operator, security leader, and two-time M&A participant — to board and advisory conversations about cybersecurity oversight, AI governance, and enterprise technology strategy.
