Cybersecurity & Enterprise Risk
Built enterprise security and compliance programs from zero to full certification (PCI DSS Level 1, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, ISO 27002, HiTRUST) at multiple companies. Directed the enterprise response to a Business Email Compromise incident, coordinating forensics, legal counsel, cyber insurance, and law enforcement.
AI Governance
Led the shift from blocking AI outright to enabling it safely: governed AI tools with enterprise data boundaries, DLP controls, and audit logging, deployed inside a regulated, multi-certification environment. Proposed and helped stand up a Chief AI Officer operating model to scale AI governance and commercialization practices across a combined post-acquisition enterprise.

M&A & Diligence Experience
Led technology and security diligence through two successful company sales (ResultsCX to ChrysCapital, Peak Support to Ubiquity) and through four acquisition integrations totaling roughly 6,000 employees. I know what buyers ask for, how fast they need it, and what a technology organization needs to have in place before diligence starts.
